Klarna & Clearpay
Orders under £50 using either Clearpay or Klarna are not accepted. Any order (this does not include postage) create under £50 will not be processed and will be subject to the 12.5% cancellation fee. This does not include shipping.

Dispatch Times
Our dispatch time is currently up to 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note that this could be subject to change with high order volumes. We work extremely hard to make sure your beautiful orders arrive in good time, and will keep you updated if there are ever any delays.
Late and lost deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed for more than 7 days (10 days for international items), please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items lost.
Returns Information
We do check all items carefully prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email and tell us the reason for the return. Please return within 14 days.
The cost of return postage shall be borne by you – and we recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded service. Please note, there is a 12.5% cancellation fee. This excludes any items that are damaged or lost.
Refunds
Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. The Rose Cove accepts no liability to how long individual banks take to process cards.
Your Rights
You are legally entitled to cancel any order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and return it for a full refund. This does not apply to orders that have been discounted or items purchased in sales or special promotions.
